How I keep customers safe
You will be contacted before your sweep to make sure no one in your household has had any covid like symptoms in the past 7 days. I will arrive at your property with a fresh clean mask and gloves. I use hand sanitizer before and after chimney sweeping.
Before I arrive:-
Please open windows for ventilation.
Please ensure that the space around the fire is clear for me to work. For example, remove any encroaching furniture or valuables from the fireplace.
Please empty the ash from the fire.
Please make an electrical socket available for use.
Please ensure that the route to the fireplace from the outside is clear.
Please socially distance from me while I am in your house.
Please use a credit or debit card for payment if possible.
